Once you have a grouping set up, you can rename the grouping, change the clients it applies to, add or remove segments and delete the grouping via the main table on the Campaign Groupings page:
Click the pencil icon next to the Grouping Name to amend it or make changes to the clients that the rule applies to.
To add a new a new segment, simply click 'Add Segment' and follow the process detailed on the 'Adding a new campaign grouping' page
