Only Super Admins can change an existing user’s user type. Super Admins and Dashboard Admins can grant any existing user access to any client that the Super Admin or Dashboard Admin have access. To edit a user, navigate to the Users page and click Edit next to the user you want to edit. You will now be provided with all editable user fields. If you want to change a user’s email address you will need to create a new user account – don’t worry though, all our paid packages include unlimited users!
